2. object overview

The object overview provides an alternative view of all maintenance objects, services and service parameters. In addition, the most important information is presented to you in a compact form. For example, you can view all next runs calculated by WARIOS|cmms at a glance and, if necessary, jump directly to the service or service parameter in the object data definition.

3. confirm working hours
(optional feature)

From now on WARIOS|cmms supports confirming or rejecting working times. If this functionality is enabled for your project, a working time record will be created for each performed job. This can then be confirmed or rejected by the respective employee or an authorized supervisor. If a contractor did not participate or only partially participated in the completion of the job assigned to him, you can now store this in WARIOS|cmms. In cooperation with the hourly rates functionality, this results in an employee-related cost evaluation for the various order types.

4. wage costs statistics

The costs incurred from the confirmed working times can be filtered here according to order type, employee as well as time and then displayed graphically.

5. interference receiver

The fault reports generated by WARIOS|cmms are now sent to the configured project managers in the respective language. Furthermore, however, the reports are only saved in the language of the creator.

6. quick maintenance

WARIOS|cmms now supports performing unplanned maintenance. Below the progress display of a service in the Service data tab on the object data definition, you can now use the “Quick maintenance” button to create a maintenance without prior commissioning. Note that during creation, the currently selected service is used to create a job for the current user in the background. You can use this functionality only if an employee is assigned to your user account. If this is not the case, you can select an employee to connect via the employee directory.

7. quick repair

WARIOS|cmms now supports performing unplanned repairs. Below the resume on the object data definition, you can now use the “Quick Repair” button to create a repair without prior assignment. Note that during the creation process, a job is created in the background for the current user. You can use this functionality only if an employee is assigned to your user account. If this is not the case, you can select an employee to connect via the employee directory.

8. edit contractor

When confirming orders, you can now customize the contractor before confirmation. Whether maintenance, repair or replacement, you can define missing, additional or completely different contractors if necessary. This then also has an influence on the working hours created.
