On-call services
You have the option of organizing employees and teams into on-call services, thus determining which employees are active and when. This can be used for alerting via sms or email.
An on-call schedule consists of several on-call cycles. Each on-call cycle determines how long the cycle lasts and which employees are active. All cycles of the on-call schedule are executed one after the other, repeated and continuously calculated automatically by the system.
Mass processing
The option of mass processing has been introduced in some tables. You can recognize this change by the availability of the buttons. While the original tables still contained the buttons “Create”, “Edit” and “Delete”, the mass-processable tables now have the buttons “Create”, “Delete”, “Save Change” and “Restore changes”. Editing of the selected cell can be started either by double-clicking or by pressing the Enter key. Depending on the cell type, you have the option to adjust the content. For a better overview, changes are highlighted in the following colors:
- Edited rows are marked orange
- Deleted rows are marked red
- Added rows are marked green
- Incorrect cells are marked red
To save the changes, click on “Save changes”. To undo the changes, click on “Restore changes”.

Bug fixes
- Open project-related tabs are now closed properly when switching projects.
- When opening the modals for maintenance, repair, task, malfunction and exchange, the date fields are always filled with the corresponding date, even after opening them several times.
- Incorrect validation in input masks has been fixed, which prevented the object from being saved.
- Sorting in the central search was incorrect. The best possible results were displayed at the end of the list.
- Selecting a service in the object info did not always mark all associated histories in the timeline.
- Deleted service parameters are no longer adopted when copying a service.
- Performing a repair with an associated malfunction and verification step repeatedly checked whether the malfunction was already linked to a repair, which led to an incorrect validation.
- Calculating service parameters for a future period only calculated the first date, even if the parameter occurs several times within the period.
- Incorrect date display in maintenance compliance statistics fixed.
- Object comparison functionality restored
