1. Dynamic Service Columns

Users can now add service-related columns on pages such as Users can now add service-related columns on pages such as Object Monitoring, Assignments and History. Available columns include Labels, Responsibility, Work to Be Done, and Running Sheets.

2. Deletion Notifications in the Assignment Page

When deleting assignments, some entries may be blocked by specific restrictions. Previously, users were not informed why these entries could not be deleted.
A new notification is shown when using multi-select deletion. It lists the assignments or jobs that cannot be deleted and shows the reason.

Users can still delete the entries that are allowed directly from the notification modal.

3. Maintenance notifications for bad parameters

A new notification has been added when trying to execute a maintenance. It informs users when a service parameter of the selected service is marked as faulty.

4. Revision Feature Enhancements

The revision feature is now easier to use and supports planning all job types, not only maintenance.

Other Job Types: The Revision Planner can now be used for all job types. Repairs can be linked to known malfunctions, exchanges can include a predefined spare part, and other job types can use a predefined job description.
Service Synchronization: The existing way of adding a service to a revision remains available. But services with the revision service parameter are no longer added to the Revision Planner automatically. Instead, they are shown in the synchronization dialog.
A dedicated button shows whether services are pending. It opens an overview of the missing services. Services can also be added directly to the revision plan without using a service parameter. These services are only included in the selected revision period.

Status Field: A status column has been added to the Revision Planner table. It shows the status of the created job and can be used to open the linked assignment.

More Efficient Calendar Workflows: Calendar entries in the Revision Planner have been improved. The eye icon jumps to the related table row. The pencil icon opens a dialog for editing the entry.

Multi-Level Grouping: Grouping now supports up to four levels. The image above shows an example with two levels.

Printing the Revision Plan: Revision plans can now be printed. Settings such as layout, time period, and color scheme can be adjusted for the printout. A QR code can be used to view all tasks in the WARIOS|CMMS app.

Managing Linked Assignments: Assignments and jobs created from the Revision Planner can now be viewed in a new dialog. Incorrect assignments can be deleted there. The dialog also shows whether a task was commissioned more than once.

Predefining Tools and Materials: Tools and materials can now be predefined in the planner. They are transferred to the job when the assignment is created.

Completely Redesigned Assignment Creation Dialog: The dialog for commissioning planned jobs has been simplified.

The first step lets users select the status for the new assignments and shows which data is missing. Required data, such as the contractor, must be entered when needed.

Warnings can be skipped.

Incomplete assignments can be reviewed one by one in a separate view. Missing data is highlighted.

On the final page of the modal, assignment data can be adjusted. Individual entries can be edited, or the form at the top can be used to update all visible assignments at once. Filters can be used to limit which assignments are updated.

Additional Improvements:

  • User settings, such as grouping, the selected revision period, print settings, and sorting, are saved automatically.
  • Differences between commissioned jobs and planned entries are shown to help prevent tasks from being overlooked.

5. Running Sheet Reports Trigger Reactions

Fields in a running sheet can have reactions assigned to them. Previously, these reactions were only triggered when the running sheet was part of a service used in maintenance. They are now also triggered when a running sheet is executed in a running sheet report.

6. Calculating the next maintenance using an
activation date

The calculation of the next maintenance date can now be based on an activation date. This date can be in the past or the future and is set within the service.
Example: You have a service with a fixed maintenance interval of 6 months. You want the next maintenance to take place 6 months after the activation date, which is set to 1st January 2024. The next maintenance date will then be calculated as 1 July 2024. It does not matter whether you have already carried out the service in the past or not. The calculation of the next maintenance date is based solely on the activation date once it has been set.
Once a maintenance task has been carried out, the activation date is automatically reset, so that the calculation of the next maintenance date is based once again on the date of the last maintenance task.
You can set the activation date in the service configuration on the Service Overview page or in the Edit Service dialogue box. The activation date only affects the calculation of the parameter types ‘Fixed Interval’, ‘Online Interval’ and ‘Calendar’. Furthermore, the “First execution” field for the “Fixed interval” parameter type is replaced by the activation date if set.
