1. service printing
In the object data definition below the service selection, you now have the option of having the service and the associated information output as a PDF file. You can print the file to process your maintenance in paper form, to archieve it or to use it as an alternative distribution system to the app. No order is required to use this function.
2. order printing
A new button “Print order” has been added to the order list, which allows you to print the most important information of the order as a PDF file. You can print the file to process your tasks in paper form, to archieve them or to use them as an alternative distribution system to the app. Select an individual order beforehand to activate the button.
3. linking
For better access to the maintenance objects, links to redirect to the corresponding maintenance object have been added in the following lists:
Order list
Object monitoring
Input mask editor
Malfunction list
When using these buttons, a new tab will be opened in your browser, which will redirect you to the object data definition for the selected maintenance object. You can find the buttons to the right of the maintenance object name.
4. ignore services that have already been ordered
In the object monitoring, the setting “Ignore services with already released orders” can be used in the order window in the tab “Confirm order templates” to prevent the creation of duplicate orders. This can be very helpful, especially in the case of mass commissioning of services, as the object monitoring continues to display due services, even if they have already been commissioned. The default value of this setting can be configured on a project-by-project basis. The default value is True (ignore).
